Great Strategy Guide For A Grandma!
This book covers all the important things you'll need to know to complete the game. Honestly, I don't know how anyone would do it without this guide! It shows the locations of all the things you'll collect and offers suggestions as to how to accomplish some of the more difficult tasks. Although the maps are confusing, the game would be much harder without them. After you understand the layout of the worlds everything makes more sense, and without the maps its practically impossible to do that.

The Banjo-Kazooie guide book helped me a lot with the game.
This book helped me find hidden banjo statues, jiggies, jinjos, etc. it's a great book for beginners. if you purchase this book you'll probably find it's very helpful. It's basicly just a book that will help you help them on their quest to save tootie.

Kicking things off with a hilarious foreword written by Mumbo Jumbo himself, Prima's guide to Banjo-Kazooie is as funny as it is helpful. The book's opening section quickly summarizes the basic elements of gameplay and the underlying plot. You'll learn a little about each of the main characters as well as each of Banjo and Kazooie's special moves and attacks. There's also a section full of basic strategies for the game in general and the nine different game worlds in particular. As you move into the level-by-level walk-throughs, you'll see some nicely illustrated world maps, each annotated with screen captures and descriptive captions. Really liked the way this book was set-up. Has all of the info. you need to get through the game. Also, has info that you need to just "do it yourself".

Great!
This guide is helpful and funny at the same time. For example, it gives you tips, and strategies on all 144 pages. Also it gives discriptions for everything in the game. When I said it was funny, I meant this because there is funny text, and doodles that are preferably drawn by Conker. I reccomend this one. Thanks.-

Good, but
Prima usually produced excellent guides for all games, personally I never buy them. Why? Because we have the internet for FREE game guides now, and to be honest, the guides at ign64.ign.com are just... better. And free. So, pick this up is you're a completionist, but if you just need help check out gamefaqs.com or ign.com.

Lay out Could Of Been Better
The lay out for this guide could of been better , but it does its job. This guide will do its job and help you throughout the game. The manufacturer of this guide have printed quite a few good guides and this one is okay and worth having, if you persevier then this guide will be helpful

Great book to accompany a great game.
I have just got the game and the book and I am going great guns with it. I have found the book to be really helpful in getting at those jiggies. I know that some of the other reviews have said that the maps are not very good, but I prefer to find my own way around the worlds. I especially like the tick sheet at the back of the book, so that you can tick off each jiggy, cheato page or other item that you have got in each of the worlds. It makes it easy to leave the ones that you find difficult to get and then come back at a later time and have another go at getting them. A hit as far as I'm concerned!

A real help for Rare's gigantic sequel to Banjo-Kazooie!!
Banjo-Tooie is the much anticipated sequel to Banjo-Kazooie. For a sequel, there are a whole bunch of new features that bring up a whole new level of strategy. There are uncountable amounts of collectibles in Banjo-Tooie you'll amass in the 8 worlds and the new characters and multiplayer games make this game huge. The area the guide helps most is managing your way through each world. The worlds are so gigantic a cartographer couldn't get comfortable. Each individual world has many jiggys and musical notes that you'll want to hunt down. All in all, Banjo-Tooie is a guide you're really likely to need. I really suggest truly "playing" the game first. You don't get as much satisfaction for looking up everything. Wandering around puzzled is fun enough anyway.

No matter, even though they "lost" the map, Kazooie can tell they were going the right way. She sat there in the blue backpack she resides in for 13 years as Banjo finished up. "I think I dropped the map awhile we were landing. Kazooie sat in her backpack with her head poking out, looking out behind Banjo as he continued on through the forest. Banjo left the hot air balloon, carrying Kazooie with him. Kazooie grumbled as Banjo folded up the hot air balloon, had it not malfunctioned during flight an hour ago they would be at the Smurf Village by now. When the old was beginning to topple over, Kazooie took to the skies before the tree hammered Banjo into the ground. There wasn't much Kazooie could do but keep a lookout awhile paying attention to Banjo's footsteps. After a few minutes had passed, Banjo and Kazooie stopped arguing and went silent. Kazooie chuckled, Banjo chased her around the house for stealing his gameboy. Too exhausted to climb up the tree, Banjo got out an ax and went Paul Bunion on the base of the tree. She was well in tuned with his footfalls and movements, she could tell if Banjo was drifting left or right and when something got his attention. Already the air began to feel cold enough so it could freeze, Kazooie doesn't mind since she was snuggled in that old blue backpack.

There was a new Banjo Kazooie game that came out in 2008. The problem was that the game was less about Banjo Kazooie and more about being an inventor. I didn't mind Banjo Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, it just didn't seem to fit with the rest of the series.
