I've read some of the reviews here, and I think that some people have some unrealistic expectations. First, several people commented on how the lifespan was based on only 5% coverage. Well, that's the industry standard folks, and every toner cartridge is based on that.As for the life of the cartridge, it's very similar to others in its class. Many people, however, change the cartridge as soon as the toner light comes on. (It beeps and gives you an error sign). From that point, I've put another 500 pages through this printer before any loss of text density.The fact is, the Canon home multi-functions that use this cartridge are leaps and bounds ahead of their competition. They are BY FAR the fastest and very quiet. (Go to an office supply store and try to make copies on several all-in-ones. Output=2000 pages
Amazon didn't have the specs on this toner cartridge but after digging around it will print about 2000 pages at 5% coverage. That's 3.2 cents a page and more expensive per page than a lot of other manufacturers. Something to think about if you are shopping for a printer.

worked perfectly for 1/3 the cost of OEM Canon
I'm now on my 3rd CRG-104 compatible toner cartridge, and if there is any difference between this cartridge and Canon OE, I can't tell. Note: this review pertains to CRG-104 cartridges ordered from "TheFactoryDepot" -- can't vouch for anyone else's merchandise.I was deeply skeptical of aftermarket cartridges, so much so that the first 4-5 replacements I bought were genuine Canon. Still, I print easily 1,000+ pages a month, and at $70 a pop, the cost of Canon OE cartridges for my MF-4150 laser multifunction printer was really starting to add up. I figured that for 1/3 the cost of genuine Canon these cartridges were worth a try. Thousands of printed-pages later, I would never go back to being so shamelessly ripped off by Canon. Excellent print quality
I was first skeptical about getting an non-OEM print cartridge for my Canon MF-4350 printer, but I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the toner I received from SuperMediaStore. I only used the toner for a few days and it appears that the print quality is no different than that from the original Canon cartridge.The toner came well packed too. It was placed in a thick black plastic bag with silica gel pack inside a retail carton box. That box was placed inside another larger box filled with eco-friendly packaging peanuts.The toner out of the box looked slightly different than the original Canon one. Just as Canon cartridge, this non-OEM had a thin plastic seal to contain the toner powder inside the cartridge. You have to pull that plastic strip off before using the toner. However, in addition it had another wide paper wrapper wrapped around the drum that needed to be pulled. Upon removing that, the drum appeared to have concentric marks from the...

I have not had them long enough to inform on total pages per cartridge,description states 2000 pages, but will update if considerably less than a regular cartridge.Package came in well protected box. Inkers OK, Prefer Canon
Tried Inkers brand for first time - good price. This was the sixth cartridge in my Canon MF. The first five were Canon. I noticed some of the initial copies had small streaks. Never had the problem w/Canon cartridges. The five Canons lasted 105 days on average (SD~10); the Inkers lasted 84. Usage hadn't changed.Inkers was acceptable, but I prefer to pay the price for OEM.

Works as well as OEM
Seeing some of the reviews, which were clearly made by someone with an interest in this company/product, I was skeptical. I received two cartridges promptly and have them installed in two separate machines - one with more than 1000 prints now. No problems at all, and no difference that I can tell between these and the ones I was paying $80 for at OfficeMax.

Have ordered this product 3 times for our office
I order the toner for our office, and I have ordered this product from the Factory Depot on 3 separate occasions. At first I was very cautious and only ordered 1 order of 2-pack generic Canon 104 toners. We had no problems and the print quality is no different (as far as I can tell) from the name brand cartridges that cost about $90 each. By using these generic toners instead, we are saving $70 per toner, which adds up to $280 per month at the rate we go through these toners.I am very satisfied with this product.I haven't had any problems, so I'm not sure how good/bad the Factory Depot's customer service is. I did receive my toners very fast and they have worked perfectly fine.

Purchased a Canon Imageclass 4350. As expected, the initial start-up toner only lasted for a short time, granted, I print 30 page PDF files with a lot of photos and maps. When reordering a replacement toner, the price of Canon OEM originals seemed a bit much. I found this 2-pack listed and went ahead with the order. Installation was easy with no strings attached.The printouts showed a slight (repeat "slight") degradation of image quality. The text seemed totally unaffected. This is based off of printed the exact same PDF file without any edits made as well as the same exact paper. Perhaps the chemicals used in making the toner were slightly off. Overall, the printouts are only noticeably different if they were to be looked at sitting side by side. I would still go back and buy this brand of replacement toner again the next time needed.
