Light weight made well
I like this suitcase, it is the perfect size for short trips , fits in the overhead very well and is light weight which was the reason I purchased it, I purchased my first Kipling suitcase at a retail store , they are made well but it was expensive. I purchased my second one on Amazon and I am thrilled with it. I will most likely purchase another case.

Pack and Go
This travel bag is a winner...so far allowed as a carry on without difficulty. It does have an expansion zipper and when packed to the "nines" may not be allowed overhead. But it is sturdy, wheels perfectly and is easy to handle.

Can't go wrong with Kipling
I've used this a couple times now, and love it so far. It is a good weight compared to other carry on's, and of course the Kipling fabric is extremely durable. It also expands quite well, so if you are a heavy packer like I am it will come in handy for the extra clothes. This is a great addition to my Kipling luggage collection.

Excellent Product-CRAPPY Customer Care
hey, Kipling is the best... hard to go wrong, there. however, the company that sold it via Amazon... not so much. Two weeks from order to ship? Completely uninterested, un-invested Customer Service Reps. Got the item and it looked like 40 miles of rough road... not sure what the fullfillment center looks like, but the merchandise (although not damaged) certainly needed a good cleaning when I got it.
